To clarify what tracked 24 and 48 means, this is the service name Royal Mail has chosen, generally speaking tracked 24 does get to you in most instances within 24 hours and tracked 48 tends to be 2-3 days. These times are guides not guarantees. If you place an order using tracked 24 for example that is how it will be sent, it does not guarantee you will get it the next day, although highly likely.

We try to dispatch all orders within 2 days of recieving payment. As mentioned above we like to use Royal Mail tracked service, larger items such as A2 signs will go via courier hence the increased cost of delivery. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Heavier items like signs are shipped via courier, so please be aware that for the larger items by courier they will need a signature, if you’re going to be out please leave a note so it can be left with a neighbour. If an item has to be redelivered we may have to charge again for delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Vinyl lettering will come in a cardboard tube, box or hard backed envelope to protect it and rigid signs will have a cardboard protective layer.

Please note, all signs are made bespoke, we don’t have anything ‘off the shelf’ We are unable to receive returns for custom bespoke signage so please take care when ordering.
